Steve is a passionate, 'skin in the game' facilitator and thrives on the success and growth of a team's KPI, revenue and customer satisfaction scores. After years of Sales and Sales Management, Steve knew the transition into Customer Service and Sales Training was the next logical step.

In his last few corporate roles, Steve spent a majority of his time in Customer Service training with new hires as well as continuing education programs. He looks forward to harnessing all his talents to help teams and people grow.
