

Mark McGraw, owner of Sales Engine, LLC, an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute®, was frustrated in the early days of his career with "Traditional" sales techniques that made him feel uncomfortable, pushy or just manipulative. He soon found that the more questions he asked the more he listened to the client...the more orders he won. Even better, his customers felt better about the experience!
Because of Mark's success as an individual salesperson, he was promoted into management and after many years in sales became Director of Sales for North and South America for a division of a Fortune 100 company. During that process he discovered a passion for training, teaching and sharing his selling experience with others.
Eventually he discovered the Sandler Sales Institute®, a company which built an entire system around helping clients make decisions; offering a global network of over 200 offices and 30+ years of experience. By using the Sandler Selling System®, Mark set out to help others discover a better way of selling.
